What we do for organizations:
Organization Development services including:

What we do for consultants:
Consultant coaching and support
- Training and ongoing project support as well as practice development
assistance for internal and external consultants.
- Project partnering or shadow consulting to allow the newer consultant to take more challenging projects and learn new competencies in the process
What we do for individuals:
For those who want to enhance their managerial competencies and don’t
have the organization to provide that training, we provide individual coaching
and support including extensive leadership competency assessment and
development instrumentation.
For those interested in a career in Organization Development Stephen Treacy serves as adjunct faculty in the Organization Development Masters program at Benedictine University. The four graduate courses that Stephen teaches are:

- Business Process Design,
- High Performance Organizations / Large Group Interventions
